The Seller undertakes to describe products as accurately as possible (condition, edition, language, packaging). If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, the Customer is notified by email as soon as possible and refunded at no charge.
4. Prices
Prices are shown in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes, excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated and displayed before final confirmation of the order, based on the chosen shipping method and destination.
The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are invoiced on the basis of the rates in effect at the time the order is confirmed.
5. Ordering
The ordering process involves the following steps: selecting products, confirming the cart, signing in or checking out as a guest, choosing a shipping method, accepting these Terms of Sale, and paying. The Customer receives a confirmation email summarising the key details of the order.
The Seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order from a Customer with whom there is an ongoing dispute regarding payment of a previous order, or for any other legitimate reason.
6. Payment
Payment is made online at the time of the order, by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, or any other method offered. Transactions are secured by our payment provider Shopify Payments / Stripe (selon le moyen choisi) (Certifié PCI-DSS niveau 1).
CMay Collections stores no banking data from the Customer. The order is confirmed once payment has been effectively accepted by our provider.
7. Delivery
Delivery terms (carriers, lead times, costs, tracking) are detailed on the Shipping & returns page.
Except in cases of force majeure, products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer within the stated time frame. If delivery is delayed by more than 7 days, the Customer may request cancellation and a refund of the order.
The Customer must check the condition of the parcel on receipt. Any issue (damage, missing item, error) must be reported to the carrier AND to support@cmay-collections.com within 3 days.
8. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with Articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer notifies their decision by email to support@cmay-collections.com or by using the standard withdrawal form.
The product must be returned in its original condition (packaging, accessories, seal for sealed products) within 14 days of the notification. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, except in the event of an error or fault on our part.
The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the one used for the original order.
Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply (art. L221-28 of the Consumer Code) to:
- unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection;
- products made to the Customer's specifications or clearly personalised;
- products liable to deteriorate or expire quickly.
9. Statutory warranties
The Seller is liable for conformity defects (art. L217-3 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (art. 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code) under the conditions provided for by law.
- Statutory warranty of conformity: 2 years from delivery of the goods. The Customer may choose between repair or replacement, subject to cost considerations.
