Shipping & returns

Everything you need to know about delivery of your order and the return procedure.

Shipping

Partner carriers

  • Colissimo Home Delivery — 24-72h, signature on delivery (€4.90)
  • Mondial Relay Pickup Point — 48-96h, collection at a pickup point (€3.90)
  • Chronopost Express — next business day, for premium items / priority pre-orders (€8.90)
  • Free shipping on orders over €60 (Mondial Relay) or €80 (Colissimo)

Processing times

Orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). An order placed on Friday after 2 PM ships the following Monday.

For pre-orders, the shipping date matches the product's official release date.

Order tracking

As soon as the shipping label is generated, you receive an email with a tracking number. If you have an account, you can find your tracking at any time in My orders.

Shopify / TikTok Shop orders are also visible in the Shop app.

Delivery areas

We deliver to mainland France, Corsica, the French overseas territories and throughout the European Union. Fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on the destination and the delivery method chosen.

Issues on delivery

Check the condition of your parcel at the time of delivery. In the event of damage, a missing item or an error:

  1. report it to the carrier immediately (handwritten reservations on the delivery note);
  2. contact us within 3 days at support@cmay-collections.com with photos and your order number.

Returns

Right of withdrawal

In accordance with articles L221-18 et seq. of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give any reason for your decision.

Procedure

  1. Notify us of your decision by email at support@cmay-collections.com (or using the form below), stating your order number.
  2. Return the product in its original condition (complete packaging, unbroken seal for sealed products) within 14 days of notification, to the address:

The refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days from receipt of the returned product, using the same payment method as the original order.

Return shipping costs

Except in the event of an error or fault on our part, return shipping costs are at your expense. We recommend using a tracked shipment to protect yourself in case the carrier loses the parcel.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal

In accordance with art. L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • unsealed products that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection (e.g. opened booster packs);
  • single cards that have been sealed and unsealed by the customer;
  • made-to-order or clearly personalised products.

Legal warranties

Independently of the right of withdrawal, you benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (2 years, art. L217-3 Consumer Code) and the warranty against hidden defects (2 years from discovery, art. 1641 Civil Code). Any claim can be made at support@cmay-collections.com.
