How a pre-order works

  • Payment is taken in full at checkout, which locks in your price and reserves your unit.
  • You can cancel free of charge up to 7 days before the official release date.
  • The 14-day right of withdrawal applies from the date you receive the product (not from the pre-order).
  • If the publisher allocates limited stock (premium set), we distribute it pro rata and fully refund the difference.
